Though the idea of astral travel is intriguing, consciousness explorer Jason Quitt explains how his unexpected personal journeys into the astral realm, brought him face-to-face with non human entities who showed him aspects of himself he never thought he’d confront. Jason also explains how on one particular astral journey, he was shown apocalyptic scenes: Earth ending scenarios and complete destruction. These sojourns, he explains came as a result of a sudden spiritual awakening that also forced him to face his shadow self, utilizing it as a path to physical and spiritual healing.

In this episode, we also discuss the idea of intelligent thought forms and how to recognize if the thoughts you are thinking are coming from you or someone/something else.
