When you think of emotional states like love, hate, compassion, fear, kindness, and jealousy, they may conjure certain thoughts or images in your mind. But have you ever contemplated that each has its own frequency and that frequency is directly affecting you and those around you?
In this episode of Conscious Commentary, I discuss just how integral a role emotional states, particularly that of forgiveness, play on our entire life experience, both physically and energetically.
The incredible work of the late Masaru Emoto whose famous water experiments have shown a definitive shift in how water “behaves” based on the words and emotions that are projected toward the water.
If phrases like “I hate you” or feelings of jealousy and anger were aimed at the water, Emoto was able to show through a unique flash freezing technique that the frequency of these attitudes created chaotic and asymmetrical crystalline structures, whereas words and emotions associated with love, compassion and forgiveness created the opposite – beautiful, symmetrical patterns with an intricate and definitive geometry.

Though the evidence for water as a conscious entity is now overwhelming, based in part on Emoto’s experiments, what does this have to do with our own human physiology and psychology? Let’s explore the connections on a deeper level.
