Left brain, right brain, which one are you? There have been many studies conducted over the years about the role each hemisphere of the brain actually plays and moreover, how we can proactively tap into each side at will.
In this post and video commentary we will explore how to effectively tap into the right brain, also known as the intuitive and creative side of our individual consciousness.
With the right brain actively participating in our daily lives, we can access more psychic or intuitive information, use creativity for problem solving and release fear – often expressed as a fight or flight response in our lives.
While preparing this commentary I discovered that we use our right brain roughly 5 percent of the time, while 95 percent is relegated to our left brain…no surprise!
Suffice it to say, we are way out of balance in how we utilize our full brain capacity.
It’s time to bring ourselves into more of a synthesized state.

I also hypothesize that the reason left-handed individuals were once scolded and forced to use their right hand. Could certain people have known how powerful the left hand/right brain is but didn’t want to see that manifest within the lay public?
