What to expect…
All packages are custom designed for you to meet your individual needs, desires, and outcomes.
Alexis uses an intuitive and fluid approach during the coaching sessions, and will assist you in establishing an equally intuitive rhythm as we work together throughout the process of your transformation.
Each package will include a professionally voiced guided meditation(s) narrated by Alexis based solely on your unique needs and desires, coupled with what we have learned together about your pain points, goals, and ultimate outcomes.
As with all forms of coaching and counseling, this is a process that takes time and requires digging deep into your unique scenario in order to fully unpack the layers that may be causing you a less than preferred life path. We will work together to discover areas where energy (life force) may be stuck (or dormant) so that it can be resurrected and utilized for a more positive outcome.
